Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUZIR UM MATERIAL LAMINADO DE EMBALAGEM". Um processo de produzir um material laminado em folha contínuo para recipientes de embalagem composto de uma camada base e de uma camada interna selável a quente, compreendendo as etapas de introduzir um gás contendo oxigênio em uma atmosfera de vapor de prata, conduzir um filme base em folha continua na atmosfera de vapor de prata para formar um filme delgado de prata metálica sobre uma superfície do filme base em contínua, oxidar o filme delgado em um filme delgado de óxido de prata, extrair o filme base munido do filme delgado de óxido de prata da atmosfera de vapor de prata para obter uma camada base em folha contínua, laminar uma face interna da camada base em folha contínua com um camada interna selável a quente, imprimir uma configuração de recipiente sobre uma face externa da camada base em folha continua; e formar uma camada termoplástica ou uma camada de suporte sobre a face externa e face interna da camada base em folha continua.
