Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE POLIETILENO COM DISTRIBUIçãO DE MASSA MOLECULAR MULTIMODAL, PROCESSO E USO PARA A PRODUçãO DA MESMA". A invenção refere-se a uma composição de polietileno com distribuição de massa molecular multimodal, que é particularmente adequada para a moldagem por sopro de tambores do tipo anel em L tendo um volume na faixa de a partir de 50 a 250 dm¬ 3¬ (I). A composição possui uma massa específica na faixa de a partir de 0,950 a 0,956 g/ cm¬ 3¬ a 23<198>C e um MFR~ 190/5~ na faixa de 1,5 a 3, 5 dg/ min. Ela compreende de 35 a 45%, em peso, de um homopolímero de etileno de baixa massa molecular A, de 34 a 44%, em peso, de um copolímero de alta massa molecular B, produzido a partir de etileno e de outra 1-olefina tendo de 4 a 8 átomos de carbono, e de 18 a 26%, em peso, de um copolímero de etileno de massa molecular ultra elevada C.
