Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE CORPOS DE MOLDE, EM PARTICULAR, DE NúCLEOS, MOLDES E ALIMENTADORES PARA A TéCNICA DE FUNDIçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de corpos de molde, em particular, de núcleos, moldes e alimentadores para a técnica de fundição, abrangendo as seguintes etapas: a. produção de uma composição, contendo i pelo menos, uma resina fenólica na forma sólida ii pelo menos, um poliisocianato, e iii pelo menos, um material à prova de combustão, sendo que, a composição é produzida a uma temperatura que está abaixo da temperatura de fusão da, pelo menos uma, resina fenólica; a. desmoldagem da composição para formar um corpo de molde; b. aumento da temperatura da composição acima do ponto de fusão da, pelo menos uma, resina fenólica para o endurecimento da mistura. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a corpos de molde, em particular, a núcleos, moldes, bem como, a alimentadores para a técnica de fundição que são obtidos com este processo, bem como, a uma composição, como a que é empregada neste processo.
