Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO PARA A PRODUçãO POR SOPRO E POR CURA EM CAIXA FRIA DE UMA MANGA EXOTéRMICA PARA MOLDES DE FUNDIçãO E MANGA". A presente invenção refere-se a um procedimento para a produção de mangas para mini-blocos, no qual uma mistura livre de fluoreto, consistindo de micro esferas de silicato de alumínio, um metal oxidável, tal como alumínio em pó, um agente oxidável, magnésio como um elemento iniciador da reação exotérmica, são introduzidos por sopro em um molde equipado com dois núcleos para produzir uma manga proporcionada com duas aberturas, uma das quais é fechada com um tampão antes de ser usada.
