Abstract

La invencion se relaciona con un metodo para producir cuerpos de moldes, particularmente noyos, moldes y alimentadores para el uso en la tecnologia de fundicion, comprendiendo las siguientes etapas: a) producir una composicion conteniendo; i) al menos una resina de fenol en forma solida; ii) al menos un poliisocianato, y, iii) al menos un material refractario, siendo que la composicion se produce a una temperatura que es inferior a la temperatura de funcion de la al menos una resina de fenol; b) moldear la composicion para obtener un cuerpo moldeado; c) aumentar la temperatura de la composicion por encima del punto de fundicion de la al menos una resina con la finalidad de endurecer la mezcla. La invencion se relaciona tambien con cuerpos moldeados, en particular noyos, moldes y alimentadores para el uso en la tecnologia de fundicion que pueden obtenerse mediante el metodo referido, y con una composicion como la que se usa en este metodo.
