Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un molde de fundicion dispersable en agua, especialmente un macho de fundicion, para la produccion de fundiciones. El molde de fundicion contiene un material particulado insoluble en agua, un aglutinante que comprende un primer componente de aglutinante a base de fosfato condensado, y opcionalmente un material de carga. Para asegurar la resistencia incrementada a la flexion y abrasion, se proporciona un segundo componente de aglutinante a base de poliamina. El material de carga puede ser carbonato a base de metal alcalino para hacer posible que el molde de fundicion sea altamente resistente a la temperatura. La invencion tambien se refiere a un metodo para la produccion de un molde de fundicion mezclando los componentes anteriormente mencionados y agregando agua, despues de lo cual una mezcla se forma y al menos una parte del agua libre agregada se remueve.
