Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE AGLUTINANTE, MISTURA DE FUNDIçãO, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM PERFIL DE FUNDIçãO, PERFIL DE FUNDIçãO, E, MéTODO PARA VAZAR UM FUNDIDO DE ARTIGO DE METAL. Esta invenção refere-se a uma composição de aglutinante contendo tanino condensado e álcool furfurílico. A composição pode ser usada para preparar misturas de fundição. As misturas de fundição são preparadas misturando a composição com um ácido ou um sal de ácido. As misturas de fundição são então moldadas em moldes ou machos e curadas por aquecimento ou pelo processo de cura a frio com catalisadores de cura por ácido mais forte. Os moldes e machos são usados para vazar artigos metálicos.
