Claims (17)
- 결합제 조성물에 있어서, 이들의 구성성분이 비수성(non-aqueous)인 패놀계 수지로 이루어진 수지조성물과, 최소한 2개의 이소시아네이트기를 가진 폴리이소시아네이트의 경화제 조성물과, 그리고 유기할로겐 인산염으로 구성된 3성분계로서 이들을 혼합하여 제조된 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기할로겐인산염이 다음과 같은 식(I, II)으로 나타내어지는 것으로서,여기서 n은 0이거나 1, m은 0이거나 1, n이나 m중의 어느 하나가 1이면 n+m은 1이거나 2, R과 R1은 각각 알킬, 아랄킬, 아릴 또는 아칼릴이거나, 상호 결합되어 아릴렌기, 아킬렌기, 또는 시클로알킬렌 기를 형성하는 것, 그리고 X는 할로겐이며 :여기서 r은 0이거나 1, s는 0이거나 1, R3과 R4는 각각 알킬,아랄킬, 아릴 또는 알칼릴, R4는 알킬렌, 알킬리덴, 시클로 알킬렌, 또는 아릴렌, 그리고 X는 할로겐으로 구성된 유기 할로겐 인산염의 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기할로겐 인산염이 모노페닐 디클로로포스페이트, 디페닐모노 클로로포스페이트, 에틸디클로로포스페이트, 2-클로로페닐 디클로로포스페이트, 4-클로로페닐디클로로 포스페이트, 또는 2,2,2-트리브로모 에틸 디클로로 포스페이트로 구성된 유기할로겐 인산염의 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 유기할로겐인산염은 모노페닐디클로로 포스페이트를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 유기할로겐인산염은 디페닐디클로로 포스페이트를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 유기할로겐인산염다음식으로 표시되어지는 것을 함유하는 유기할로겐인산염의 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 유기할로겐인산염의 할로겐화물이 조성물의 약 0.05중량% 내지 약 5중량%를 차지하는 결합제 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 유기할로겐인산염이 조성물의 약 0.01량% 내지 약 5중량%를 차지하는 결합제 조성물.
- 주물용 조성물에 있어서, a)혼합제가 주성분으로 이루어져 있고, b)제1항의 결합제 조성물이 상기 혼합제의 약 40중량%까지로 구성된 주물용 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 결합제 조성물이 혼합재의 약 0.6중량% 내지 약 5중량%로 구성된 주물용 조성물.
- 주형의 주조법이 a)제1항의 혼합재와 이 혼합재의 약 10중량%로 구성된 결합제 조성물을 혼합시킨 다음. b) 상기의 a)단계에서 얻은 주물용 혼합물을 형틀에 붓고, c) 형틀내에서 주물용 혼합물이 스스로 주형을 유지할 정도로 경화시킨 다음에, d) 상기의 c)단계에서 성형된 주물용 혼합물을 형틀에서 옮긴 후 보다 단단하고 견고하게 경화된 주형을 얻는, 주물조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 결합제 조성물이 이 혼합재의 약 0.6중량 내지 약 5중량%로 구성된 주물 제조방법.
- 금속 주조법이 a) 제11항에 따라 주형을 주조한 다음, b) 유동상의 금속을 상기의 조형에 붓고, c) 상기의 금속을 냉각시켜 고체상으로 만든 다음, d) 형물을 분리시키는 금속의 주물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 아민기체이거나 에어로졸(aerosol)인 경화제 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 주물용 혼합물을 콜드박브법(cold box process)에 따라 아민기체나 에어로졸에 접촉시켜 경화시키는 주물 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 혼합재가 모래인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 혼합재가 모래인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
