Claims (9)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에폭시화풀빈, 또는 이의 예비중합체 또는 혼합물과 Pka가 약 4 또는 그 이하인 촉매량 만큼의 산촉매를 함유하는 조성물.상기 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립해서 수소 또는 1개-10개 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소, 또는 이 사슬중에 1개 또는 그 이상의 산소가교를 갖는 탄화수소, 또는 푸릴기이거나, 또는 상호결합하여 사이클기를 형성하고; R3, R4, R5및 R6는 각각 독립해서 수소 또는 메틸로서 R3, R4, R5및 R6중 최대로 1개만이 메틸이고, 또 폴빈제조에 과량의 알데히드 또는 케톤을 사용하는 경우, R4또는 R5는일 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시화 풀빈이 유도되는 풀빈을, 디메틸풀빈, 메틸이소부틸풀빈, 메틸이소펜틸풀빈, 메틸페닐풀빈, 사이클로헥실풀빈, 디이소부틸풀빈, 이소포론풀빈, 메틸에틸풀빈, 메틸펜틸풀빈, 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선정한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 조성물중의 풀빈 중량을 기준으로 약 0.8-약 3중량% 금속양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시가 에폭시화 디메틸 풀빈인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시가 에폭시화 에틸메틸 풀빈인 조성물.
- 주성분인 집합제와 제1항 조성물중 집합제의 약 40중량%에 이르는 결합제로 구성되는 주형 제조 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1항 조성물중 집합제의 약 10중량%까지 함유하는 주물용 조성물인 주형 제조 조성물.
- (a) 집합제를 제1항 조성물중 집합제 중량기준으로 약 40중량%에 이르는 결합제와 혼합하고, (b) (a)단계에서 수득한 조성물을 형(型)에 주입하며, (c) 이 형내의 조성물을 강화시켜, 자체지지력을 갖게하고, 또 (d) 이같이 한 후, (c) 단계의 성형품을 형(型)으로부터 분리한 후, 또 이를 더 경화시켜서 강화된 고형의 경화 주형품을 수득하는 단계로 구성되는 주형품 제작방법.
- (a) 집합제를 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에폭시화풀빈 집합제 또는 이의 예비중합체 또는 이의 혼합물의 중량기준으로 약 40중량%에 이르는 결합제와 혼합하고, (b) (a)단계에서 수득한 조성물을 형(型)에 주입하며, (c) 조성물내에 산성가스를 통과시킴으로써 형내 조성물을 강화시켜 자체 지지력을 갖게하고, 또 (d) 이같이 한 후 (c)단계의 성형품을 형(型)으로부터 분리한 후, 또 이를 더 경화시켜서 강화된 고형의 경화 주형품을 수득하는 단계로 구성되는 주형품 제작방법.상기 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립해서 수소 또는 1 내지 10개 탄소원자를 갖는 탄화수소, 또는 이 사슬중에 1개 또는 그 이상의 산소가교를 갖는 탄화수소, 또는 푸릴기이거나, 또는 서로 결합하여 사이클기를 형성하고, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 각각 독립해서 수소 또는 메틸로서 R3, R4, R5및 R|6중 최대로 1개만이 메틸이고, 또 풀빈제조에 과량의 알데히드 또는 케톤을 사용하는 경우, R4또는 R5는일 수 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
