Abstract
"PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO EM FASE GASOSA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de polimerização de fase gasosa para a produção de uma composição de poliolefina, que inclui a passagem de uma corrente gasosa contendo gás de hidrogênio e um ou mais monómeros, incluindo monómeros de etileno, através de um reator que inclui um leito fluidificado sob condições reativas, na presença de um catalisador que inclui metaloceno, para fornecer uma composição de poliolefina, em que em uma modalidade a densidade de massa fluidificada é de 60% ou mais da densidade de massa estabelecida (ou, uma anulação de 40% ou menos); e em que a anulação é controlada por um número de fatores incluindo, em certas modalidades, (a) a temperatura do reator sendo mantida em 100<198>C ou abaixo; (b) a relação molar de gás de hidrogênio para etileno introduzida no reator sendo de 0,015 ou abaixo.
