Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE áCIDO ACRìLICO E SEU PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO, E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE RESINA DE ABSORçãO DE áGUA UTILIZANDO ESSA COMPOSIçãO DE áCIDO ACRìLICO, E RESINA DE ABSORçãO DE áGUA". Para produzir uma resina que absorve água barata e com alta produtividade, da qual: o teor de monómero residual e o teor extraível de água são ambos baixos, e as propriedades são elevadas e a capacidade de coloração é baixa; é fornecido um processo para a produção de uma resina que absorva água, o qual é um processo para a produção de uma resina que absorva água reticulada por polimerização de um componente de monómero incluindo ácido acrílico e/ou seu sal em uma grande proporção em que o ácido acrílico é um produto obtido por oxidação de fase gasosa catalítica de propileno e/ou propano, com o processo sendo caracterizado por compreender as etapas de: preparar o componente de monómero de uma composição de ácido acrílico que inclui o ácido acrílico não neutralizado e um metoxifenol e tem um teor de metoxifenol de 10 a 160 ppm em peso (com base no ácido acrílico não neutralizado); e então realizar polimerização radical e/ou ultravioleta do componente de monómero resultante.
