Abstract

PROCESSO DE HIDRODESSULFURIZAçãO SELETIVA DE NAFTA é descrito um processo de hidrodessulfurização seletiva de nafta contenda olefinas e compostos organossulfurados, que minimiza a hidrogenação de olefinas e resulta em um produto com teor reduzido de enxofre, o que é conseguido por hidrodessulfurização em dois estágios e remoção de H~ 2~S do efluente do primeiro estágio, com o catalisador do primeiro estágio sendo um catalisador mais ativo para HDS que o catalisador do segundo estágio. Uma corrente de hidrogênio e pelo menos um composto não-reativo adicionado é alimentada no primeiro estágio, sendo a fração malar de H~ 2~ compreendida em uma faixa de 0,2 a 1,0 e limitando H~ 2~S na entrada do reator a não mais que 0,1% em volume. No segundo estágio é alimentada uma corrente de hidrogênio e pelo menos um composto não-reativo adicionado, sendo a fração malar de H~ 2~ compreendida em uma faixa de 0,2 a 0,7 e limitando H~ 2~S na entrada do reator a não mais que 0,05% em volume.
