Abstract
"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE MáQUINA DE FORMAçãO DE ARTEFATOS DE VIDRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de máquina de formação de artefatos de vidro (10) que inclui uma máquina de formação de artefatos de vidro (24) apresentando primeiros mecanismos de operação para converter porções de vidro fundido em artigos de artefatos de vidro, um sistema de dispensa de porções (12 a 22) apresentando segundos mecanismos de operação para dispensar porções de vidro fundido na máquina de formação de artefatos de vidro, um sistema de manipulação de artigos (26 a 32) apresentando terceiros mecanismos de operação para receber e conduzir artigos de artefatos de vidro provenientes da máquina de formação de artefatos de vidro, e um sistema de controle eletrónico (34 ou 120) para controlar e coordenar a operação dos primeiros, segundos e terceiros mecanismos de operação. O sistema de controle eletrónico inclui um controlador de máquina (37 ou 37a) acoplado aos primeiros mecanismos de operação da máquina de formação de artefatos de vidro para controlar e coordenar a operação dos primeiros mecanismos de operação para produzir artigos de artefatos de vidro. Um controlador de dispensa de porções (58 ou 78a, 80a, 82a, 84a) é acoplado aos segundos mecanismos de operação do sistema de dispensa de porções para controlar e coordenar a operação dos segundos mecanismos de operação para dispensar porções de vidro fundido na máquina de formação de artefatos de vidro.
