Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE TOMATE OBTIDA A PARTIR DE SUCO DE TOMATE OU EXTRATOS DE TOMATE, USO DA MESMA, ALIMENTOS, E, PROCESSO PARA A SEPARAçãO DO LìQUIDO (SORO DE SUCO DE TOMATE) DE UMA SUSPENSãO DE TOMATE". Os produtos de tomate obtidos de suco de tomate ou extrato de tomate tendo a seguinte composição em porcentagem em peso: - resíduo seco 5,5 a 20 %, - água 94,5 a 80 %, 100 % sendo a soma dos dois componentes, em que a quantidade de sólidos insolúveis em água e solúveis em água no resíduo seco varia em porcentagem em peso: - sólidos insolúveis em água de 18 % a 70 %. - Sólidos solúveis em água de 82 % a 30 %. A soma dos dois componentes sendo 100 % do resíduo seco.
