Abstract

"PRODUTOS DE SUCO DE LARANJA OBTIDOS POR MANIPULAçãO DE SóLIDOS DEPOSITADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a produtos do suco de laranja e seu método da produção que são variados em sua combinação natural de sólidos e do soro depositado. Incluído está separando sólidos depositados do soro a fim de prepara os produtos do suco de laranja. Incluídos são os produtos do suco de laranja que imitam as misturas de concentrado (NFC) de sucos de laranja extraídos frescos e armazenados de diferentes cultivares em adicionando sólidos depositados separados de um dos cultivares e reduzindo a quantidade do suco inteiro desse cultivar que é incorporado na mistura de NFC.
