Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA BEBIDA APROPRIADA PARA CONSUMO COM UMA CAMADA DE ESPUMA DE BOLHA FINA". Um aparelho para preparar uma bebida apropriada para consumo com uma camada de espuma de bolha fina, em particular cappuccino. A invenção provê uma unidade de bebida (2), que sob pressão dispensa uma bebida a ser processada a um caminho de processamento de bebida (4), por qual, em uso, a bebida flui para obter a bebida com a camada de espuma de bolha fina. O caminho de processamento de bebida inclui sucessivamente um bico (32) e um reservatório compensador (34), o bico estando posicionado relativo ao reservatório compensador tal que, em uso, gere um jato de líquido jorrando no reservatório compensador para obter a bebida com a camada de espuma de bolha fina. O reservatório compensador é provido com um caminho de saída (36) para descarregar a bebida do reservatório compensador, o caminho de fluxo de líquido, à montante do bico, ademais incluindo um porta-aditivo (30) que, em uso, pode ser enchido com um produto a ser dissolvido na bebida, tal como leite concentrado (68) ou leite em pó. Em uso, a bebida deixando a unidade de bebida flui no porta-aditivo para dissolver o possível aditivo na bebida. O porta-aditivo é provido com um caminho de saída, por qual a bebida é ademais transportada do porta-aditivo para gerar o jato da bebida.
