Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA BEBIDA APROPRIADA PARA CONSUMO COM UMA CAMADA DE ESPUMA DE BOLHA FINA". Um aparelho (1) para preparar uma bebida apropriada para consumo com uma camada de espuma de bolha fina, tal como café ou cappuccino, provido com uma unidade de bebida (2) para dispensar uma bebida sob pressão, pelo menos um bico (4) ao qual a bebida é alimentada sob pressão para gerar um jato da bebida, um reservatório compensador (26) para coletar o jato da bebida de forma que, em uso, um nível de líquido da bebida seja criado no reservatório compensador no qual o jato jorra para obter a camada de espuma de bolha fina e um caminho de saída (30) para descarregar a bebida com a camada de espuma de bolha fina do reservatório compensador, em que o caminho de saída é provido com pelo menos um sifão (30), que entra em ação para descarregar a bebida do reservatório compensador pelo sifão quando o nível de líquido no sifão excede uma altura predeterminada.
