Abstract

El dispositivo surtidor para preparar y despachar composiciones alimenticias y/o nutricionales comprende: un circuito de agua para transportar agua, un calentador de agua, un cabezal de inyección (4) que comprende una parte de intrusión de inyección (25, 38) para inyectar agua en una cápsula que comprende el alimento y/o ingrediente nutricional; un porta-cápsula (17) para retener la cápsula durante la inyección de agua en la cápsula, en donde el cabezal de inyección y el porta-cápsula son capaz de mover entre sí para acercar la superficie de la cápsula al cabezal de inyección e inyectar agua en la cápsula, en donde también comprende un medio limpiador y/o de esterilización (13) el cual puede ser asociado con el sistema de inyección para permitir que el agua caliente y/o el vapor limpien y/o esterilicen la superficie externa de la parte de intrusión de inyección.
