A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para conferir a alimentos um aroma de café recém-moído e recém-preparado, caracterizado pelo fato de que as substâncias aromáticas necessárias para a impressão de aroma de café recém-preparado ou recém-moído são produzidos em formulação separada e são recombinados para uso em produtos alimentícios ou de perfumaria.
