Abstract

"PRODUTOS FEITOS DE LIGAS AL-MG PARA CONSTRUçãO SOLDADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto soldado a quente feito de liga AI-Zn-Mg-Cu, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele contém (em porcentagens de massa) Mg 4,85 - 5,35, Mn 0,20 - 0,50, Zn 0,20 - 0,45, Si < 0,20, Fe < 0,30, Cu < 0,25, Cr < 0,15, Ti < 0,15, Zr < 0,15, o resto alumínio com suas inevitáveis impurezas. Esse produto apresenta de modo preferencial um alongamento em ruptura A~ (TL)~ de pelo menos 24 % e um parâmetro R~ m~(TL)~ x A~ (TL)~ de pelo menos 8500. Ele mostra uma boa resistência à corrosão sob tensão e intergranular. Ele pode ser utilizado para a construção soldada, notadamente de cisternas, carrocerias de automóveis, e veículos industriais.
