A presente invenção refere-se a uma chapa de aço laminada a quente de muito alta resistência e de baixa densidade cuja composição em % em peso compreende 0,04% <243> carbono <243> 0,5%, 0,05% <243> manganês <243> 3% que pode conter os elementos de endurecimento 0,01% <243> nióbio <243> 0,1%, 0,01 % <243> titânio <243> 0,2%, 0,01 % <243> vanádio <243> 0,2%, tomados sozinhos ou em combinação, e/ou os elementos que agem sobre as temperaturas de transformação, 0,0005% <243> boro <243> 0,005%, 0,05% <243> níquel <243> 2%, 0,05% <243> cromo <243> 2%, 0,05% <243> molibdênio <243> 2%, tomados sozinhos ou em combinação, o resto sendo ferro e elementos inerentes à elaboração, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende: 2% <243> silício <243> 10%, 1% <243> alumínio <243> 10%, assim como a seu processo de fabricação.
