Abstract

"FIO PARA ELETROEROSãO à GRANDE VELOCIDADE DE USINAGEM". Fio eletrodo, de acordo com a invenção, compreende um núcleo (16) em cobre não ligado coberto por uma camada de revestimento (17) em liga de zinco difundido, cuja espessura (E) é superior a 10 % do diâmetro do fio. A camada de revestimento (17) é eventualmente recoberta de uma fina camada superficial (21) de contato em zinco, cobre, níquel, prata ou ouro. Esse fio permite atingir maior velocidade de usinagem por eletroerosão.
