Abstract

"LIGA DE AçO DUPLEX". A presente invenção se refere a um liga de aço inoxidável, semelhante a uma liga de aço inoxidável duplex com matriz ferritico-austenítica e com alta resistência à corrosão em combinação com uma boa estabilidade estrutural e trabalhabilidade em quente, em particular um aço inoxidável duplex com um teor de ferrita entre 40-65% e uma composição bem balanceada que concede propriedades ao material de corrosão, fazendo com que o mesmo seja mais adequado para uso em ambientes contendo cloro do que era possível anteriormente. O número total PRE- ou PREW excede 44, um número PRE em, pelo menos, entre 46 e 50 tanto na fase austenítica quanto na fase ferrítica., em que PRE= % Cr + 3,3% Mo + 16%N e PREW= % Cr + 3,39% Mo + 0,5% W) + 16 %N, em que % considera o percentual em peso % e proporção entre valor PRE*W) para a fase austenítica valor PRE(W) para a fase ferrítica entre 0,90 e 1,15. Estas objetivos são alcançados de acordo com a presente invenção com aço inoxidável duplex que contém (em peso %) até 0,03% C, até 0,010% Ca, 0-3,0% W, 0-2,0% Cu, 0-3,5% Co, 0-0,3% Ru, balanço Fe e impurezas inevitáveis.
