Abstract

"UNIDADE DE MANIPULAçãO DE AR CONTENDO SEçõES MODULARES". Um sistema de manipulação de ar contendo seções, cada uma tendo uma armação composta de elementos estruturais tubulares definindo cada um aberturas perpendicularmente alinhadas, cada uma das quais compartilha um elemento estrutural comum com seus vizinhos. As aberturas são fechadas por painéis que são travados nas aberturas. Ditas montagens são instaladas ao redor do perímetro de cada abertura retangular. Cada montagem inclui uma placa rígida tendo três vedações de bulbo se estendendo ao longo de bordas opostas da placa que são co-extrusadas com a placa. A placa é montada aproximadamente a um ângulo de 45<198> ao longo de uma borda de canto interior de cada elemento estrutural comumente compartilhado, de forma que uma vedação sobre um lado da placa sirva uma abertura, enquanto a outra vedação sirva a abertura adjacente. As extremidades das vedações são unidas e a placa é inserida em uma fenda formada em retentores de canto moldados que suportam os elementos estruturais em montagem. Os cantos unidos das quatro vedações circundando uma abertura são colocadas em contato adjacente para criar uma vedação positiva sobre cada abertura na seção modular.
