Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM RECIPIENTE PLáSTICO REVESTIDO POSSUINDO UMA BARREIRA CONTRA GáS, MéTODO PARA EMBALAR UMA BEBIDA, BEBIDA EMBALADA, SISTEMA PARA EMBALAR UMA BEBIDA, E, RECIPIENTE PLáSTICO REVESTIDO". Métodos e sistemas são fornecidos para fabricar um recipiente plástico revestido com barreira (102), por exemplo, para bebidas embaladas. O sistema compreende uma célula de vácuo, uma fonte de revestimento (106) na célula de vácuo para fornecer um vapor de revestimento a uma superfície externa de um recipiente plástico (102) posicionado dentro da célula de vácuo e alimentações de gás (115) para fornecer um ou mais gases de processo em um espaço interno da célula de vácuo. A fonte de revestimento aquece e evapora um material de revestimento inorgânico (108), tal como metal ou silício, para formar um vapor de revestimento que é energizado para formar um plasma. Os gases do processo incluem um gás contendo carbono, tal como acetileno.
