Abstract

"LIGA DE COBRE ENDURECìVEL COMO MATERIAL PARA PREPARAçãO DE MOLDES DE LAMINAçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma liga de cobre endurecível - expressa respectivamente em porcentagem em peso - de 0,4% até no máximo 2% de cobalto, que é parcialmente substituível por níquel, 0,1% até 0,5% de berílio, à escolha 0,03% até 0,5% de zircónio, 0,005% até 0,1% de magnésio e opcinalmente no máximo 0,15% de pelo menos um elemento do grupo do nióbio, manganês, tântalo, vanádio, titânio, cromo, cério, e háfnio. O restante forma cobre, inclusive impurezas devido à preparação e aditivos de elaboração usuais. Essa liga de cobre serve como material para preparação de moldes de laminação, particularmente para o manto de calandras de laminação como constituinte de um dispositivo de laminação com duas calandras.
