Abstract

"MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma tampa de entrada/saída da água de resfriamento, afixada a uma superfície lateral de um cabeçote (2) de cilindros de um motor de combustão E, que inclui uma primeira parte da tampa (Cl) e uma segunda parte da tampa (C2). A primeira parte da tampa (Cl) define um curso de entrada de fluxo (20) para introduzir a água de resfriamento a partir de um radiador (25) até uma entrada (42) que comunica-se com um mecanismo de abertura/fechamento de curso do tipo termostato (15). A segunda parte da tampa (C2) define um curso de saída de fluxo (21) para orientar a água do resfriamento a partir da saída (49) até um radiador (25) e um curso de saída de fluxo (22) dividido do curso de saída de fluxo (21) pela parede divisora (68), para orientar a água de resfriamento a partir da saída (52) até um núcleo do aquecedor (29) e um corpo estrangulador (7). A tampa (C) de entrada/saída da água de resfriamento inclui ainda uma parte de reservatório (71) para manter uma parte extrudada de uma junta de líquido (54) a ser revestida ao redor das saídas (49) e (52), a fim de impedir que a parte extrudada da junta de líquido (54) estrague uma junta de material elástico (46). Esta configuração contribui para facilitar a conexão de mangueiras à entrada e saídas da água de resfriamento, formadas na carcaça do motor de combustão, facilitando desta forma a montagem do motor de combustão, e ainda reduzindo o número de peças.
