Abstract

본 발명은 일체식 냉각 시스템에 관한 것으로, 액체 냉각 연소엔진용 냉각 시스템은 적어도 하나의 입구 및 하나의 출구를 가진 냉각기, 냉각제 펌프 및 냉각제 온도에 따라 냉각기를 통과하는 냉각제 흐름을 조절하기 위한 조절밸브를 포함하고 냉각제 펌프 및 냉각기는 단일 단위로 일테화죄어 냉각제 펌프는 바람직스럽기로는 조절 밸브가 또한 결합될수 있는 냉각기 말단 커버내 일체화되고 이러한 일체화된 말단 커버는 얼가소성 중합체, 바람직스럽기로는 폴리 아미드의 주입성형에 의해 얻어질수 있으며 호스 연결의 수는 일체화시킴에 의해 크게 감소되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제5도는 구체적으로 설명하기 위해 제거된 코너 부분을 가지고 나타낸 본 발명에 따라 구비된 말단 커버의 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 하나의 입구 및 하나의 출구를 가진 냉각기, 냉각제 펌프 및 냉각제 온도에 따라 냉각기를 통해 냉각제흐름을 조절하기 위한 조절수단으로 구성되고, 펌프 및 냉각기가 단일 단위로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 냉각 연소 엔진용 냉각 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각제 펌프, 조절 수단 및 냉각기가 단일 단위로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서. 조절 수단이 조절 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각기가 적어도 하나의 말단 커버, 닝각제펌프를 포함하고 냉각기 말단커버가 단일 단위로 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 냉각기가 적어도 하나의 말단 커버를 포함하고, 냉각제 펌프, 조절 수단 및 냉각기 말단커버는 단일 단위로 일체화되는 것을 특긍으토 하는 냉각 시스템.
  6. 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단일 단위가 또한 냉각 시스템을 조절하기 위한 전자 조절 시스뗌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각제 펌프는 펌프 단위를 형성하면서 분리 구동 전력원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 펌프단위에 대한 구등 전력원이 전기 모터라는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 펌프 단위가 적합되어 그의 속도 전력이 물온도에 따라 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
  10. 말단커버를 가진 냉각기 및 상기 말단 커버와 일체화된 펌프로 구성된 액체 냉각연소 엔진용 냉각 시스템.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 냉각기를 통해 냉가제흐름을 조절하기 위한 조절 밸브률 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템.
