Abstract
"MáQUINA DE ALETAGEM DE TUBO PARA MONTAGEM DOS MEMBROS DE SUPERFìCIE ESTENTIDOS SOBRE UM OU MAIS TUBOS E MéTODO DE MONTAGEM DOS MEMBROS DE SUPERFìCIE ESTENDIDOS EM UM OU MAIS TUBOS". Sendo que a presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de aletagem de tubo (10) , e em particular, a uma máquina capaz de adaptar diversas aletas (26) em um ou mais tubos (26) ao mesmo tempo, o tubo com aletas montado é adequado para aplicações de transferência térmica. De acordo com um aspecto da invenção, apresenta-se uma máquina de aletagem de tubo para a montagem de membros de superfície estendidos (96) sobre um ou mais tubos, a máquina possui uma base (10), dispositivos condutores móveis de acordo com a base, dispositivos de transmissão (20) para moverem os dispositivos condutores (18) em uma direção longitudinal, e dispositivos de cartucho (24) para a localização de uma pluralidade de membros de superfícies estendidos (26), os dispositivos de cartucho possuem respectivos dispositivos de suporte (30) para cada membro de superfície estendido, e, pelo menos, alguns dos dispositivos de suporte são móveis de acordo com o cartucho. Além disso é apresentado um método de utilização de uma máquina, conforme aqui definida, para a aletagem de um tubo.
