Abstract
"SEMICAIXA DE MANCAL DE COLAR E MANCAL DE COLAR COM DISPOSITIVO DE CENTRAGEM E DISCO DE PARADA PERTENCENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma semicaixa de mancal de colar (1', 1") compreendendo uma caixa de mancal (2 , 2', 2") e dois discos de parada (3, 3a', 3b', 3c', 3d') que são localizados em tal caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2"). A presente invenção também refere-se a um mancal de colar (1) compreendendo duas semicaixas de mancal de colar (1', 1"), das quais cada uma possui uma caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2"), sendo que pelo menos uma caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2") é equipada com dois discos de parada (3, 3a', 3b', 3c', 3d') situados em tal caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2"). A presente invenção também refere-se a um disco de parada (3a') para a semicaixa de mancal de colar (1'). O objetivo da presente invenção é providenciar um mancal de colar (1) que garante que as duas semicaixas de mancal de colar (1'. 1") de um mancal de colar (1) são substancialmente emparelhadas uma com a outra depois de instaladas. Para este fim, a presente invenção fornece uma semi-caixa de mancal de colar onde as extremidades (7, 7', 7") dos dois discos de parada (3, 3a', 3b', 3c', 3d') da caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2") estendem-se pelo menos parcialmente para além da caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2") em forma de semicírculo em direção circunferencial; ou um mancal de colar genérico (1) onde as extremidades (7, 7', 7") dos dois discos de parada (3, 3a', 3b', 3c', 3d') de pelo menos uma caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2") estendem-se pelo menos parcialmente para além da caixa de mancal (2, 2', 2") em forma de semicírculo em direção circunferencial. Um disco de parada (3a) que é realizado como um segmento anelar e que se estende em um ângulo maior do que 180<198>, e uma caixa de mancal, formando um mancal de colar (1) combinado, também solucionam o problema colocado pela presente invenção.
