Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE OCTANOIL AMIDAS SUBSTITUìDAS". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula (II) que são simultaneamente halogenados na posição 5 e hidroxilados na posição 4 sob lactonização, a halolactona é convertida em uma hidroxilactona e em seguida o grupo hidróxi em um grupo de partida, o grupo de partida é substituído com azida, a lactona amidada e em seguida a azida convertida em um grupo amina, a fim de obter compostos de fórmula (1).
