Abstract

"SISTEMA DE FILTRO DE AR". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de filtro de ar para purificar fluxo de ar, principalmente o ar aspirado de um motor de combustão interna. O sistema de filtro de ar compreende uma placa de sistema (10), um lado para ar não filtrado (13), um corpo filtrante (12) provido de um elemento filtrante (16) e um lado para ar filtrado (19). O elemento filtrante (16) separa de forma estanque o lado para ar não filtrado (13) do lado para ar filtrado (19). O lado para ar não filtrado (13) é formado por uma primeira meia-carcaça (11), que fica conectada à placa de sistema (10) de forma inseparável e estanque. O corpo filtrante (12 ) fica igualmente conectado de forma inseparável à placa de sistema. Através da união estanque e inseparável da placa de sistema (10) à primeira meia-carcaça (11) o sistema de filtro de ar pode ser fabricado de forma mais simples e a um custo menor, já que é possível eliminar juntas e elementos de união, e sua respectiva montagem.
