Abstract

"REGULADOR ANTAGÈNICO DE DUPLO ACIONAMENTO". Um regulador de comutação para a variedade de redução é relatado. Primeiro e segundo transistores acoplados em paralelo entre um primeiro nodo de alimentação e um primeiro nodo de saída são controlados por um estágio acionador para em seq³ência (1) ligar o primeiro transistor, (2)ligar o segundo transistor, (3)desligar o segundo transistor, e (4) desligar o primeiro transistor. O primeiro transistor é menor do que o segundo transistor, de tal modo que o primeiro transistor pode comutar mais rápido do que o segundo transistor, reduzindo deste modo a dissipação da força durante os intervalos de tempo em que os ambos os transistores estão sendo comutados. Tal desenho permite um aumento na freq³ência de comutação sem o aumento convencional na dissipação da força, em retorno para uma mudança relativamente económica de adição de um transistor menor adicional em paralelo com um maior e circuito associado no estágio acionador.
