Abstract

"ARMAçãO DE CHASSI EM TRELIçA PARA CONSTRUIR UM VEìCULO A MOTOR DO TIPO CAMIONETA PICAPE E MéTODO DE FORMAR UMA ARMAçãO DE CHASSI EM TRELIçA PARA UM VEìCULO A MOTOR". Uma armação de chassi em treliça veicular para construir um veículo a motor do estilo camionete picape que inclui um módulo de carroçaria e um módulo frontal. O módulo de carroçaria inclui um par de estruturas de longarina de longarina principal longitudinalmente dispostas e um par de armações verticalmente dispostas extremas posteriores, cada uma sendo conectada com uma respectiva estrutura de longarina principal e estendendo-se para cima da mesma para formar um par de pilares extremos posteriores sobre a mesma. O módulo de carroçaria ainda inclui um par de membros longitudinais hidrodeformados cada um sendo definido por uma parede metálica tubular externamente deformada fixada em uma configuração de superfície exterior irregular predeterminada e cada uma incluindo uma parte formadora de pilar e uma parte estendendo-se longitudinalmente. O módulo frontal inclui um par de estruturas de longarina inferior frontal e armação de conexão frontal. A armação de conexão frontal conecta as estruturas de longarina inferior entre si em relação lateralmente espaçada e conectar as estruturas de longarina superior entre si em relação lateralmente espaçada. O módulo frontal é fixado ao módulo de carroçaria interligando rigidamente cada estrutura de longarina inferior frontal com uma respectiva estrutura de longarina principal e cada estrutura de longarina frontal com a parte formadora de pilar de um respectivo membro longitudinal superior hidrodeformado em uma posição espaçada para cima da estrutura de longarina principal associada.
