Abstract

"AMORTECEDOR E MéTODO DE AMORTECIMENTO DE VIBRAçõES EM UM SISTEMA DE ATUADOR HIDRáULICO". Um amortecedor (38) para uso em um sistema hidráulico entre um cilindro mestre (10) e um cilindro escravo (12) do sistema. O amortecedor inclui um diafragma relativamente flexível elastomérico (46) e um diafragma adicional de aço para molas (48). Uma face (46c) do diafragma elastomérico está em comunicação de fluido com um fluido hidráulico no sistema, de modo que o diafragma elastomérico possa se defletir, em resposta a vibrações de baixa freq³ência transmitidas através do fluido hidráulico no sistema, para efetuar um amortecimento das vibrações de baixa freq³ência. O diafragma de aço para molas (48) é posicionado no sistema geralmente em paralelo e próximo da face externa (46d) do diafragma elastomérico, de modo a formar um reforço para o diafragma elastomérico, de modo que o diafragma elastomérico possa se deformar contra o diafragma de aço para molas (48), em resposta a vibrações de alta freq³ência.
