Abstract
<B>DISPOSITIVO DE TRANSDUTOR ULTRA-SÈNICO E MéTODO PARA MELHORAR A SAìDA DO MESMO<D> Um método para melhorar as características de saída alta de um transdutor ultra-sónico, forçando um gás de resfriamento (13) a fluir através do transdutor, desse modo passando por um elemento de resfriamento (3) no raio interno de pelo menos um elemento piezoelétrico (6), que circunda um conduto central de fluido (21). Em uma montagem preferida, o hexafluoreto de enxofre (SF~ 6~) é usado como o gás de resfriamento.
