Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO SIMULTâNEA DE ANIDRIDO MALéICO E SEUS DERIVADOS HIDROGENADOS". é descrito um processo para a co-produção de anidrido maléico e no mínimo um composto de C~ 4~ selecionado entre butano-1,4-diol, <sym>-butirolactona, e tetraidrofurano no qual anidrido maléico é produzido por oxidação parcial de uma matéria-prima de hidrocarbonetos selecionada entre hidrocarbonetos C~ 4~ e benzeno para produzir um fluxo efluente da reação de vapor compreendendo anidrido maléico, água, matéria-prima de hidro-carbonetos não-convertidos, e óxidos de carbono. Uma parte do anidrido maléico presente no fluxo efluente da reação de vapor é condensado para formar um fluxo de anidrido maléico bruto e deixa um fluxo de vapor residual contendo quantidades residuais de anidrido maléico. Anidrido maléico adicional é absorvido do fluxo de vapor residual por absorção em um solvente orgânico, água ou uma solução aquosa. Anidrido maléico é então recuperado do meio de absorção líquido carregado. O no mínimo um composto de C~ 4~ referido é produzido por hidrogenação de uma matéria-prima de hidrogenação de C~ 4+~ selecionada entre anidrido maléico, ácido maléico, maleato de dialquila, e misturas de dois ou mais dos mesmos. O processo se caracteriza pelo fato de que o material do fluxo de anidrido maléico bruto é usado como a matéria-prima de hidrogenação de C~ 4+~ ou é usado para preparar a matéria-prima de hidrogenação de C~ 4+~.
