Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A SECAGEM DE CHAPAS DE FOLHEADOS E DISPOSITIVO DE SECAGEM". Até hoje resulta uma quantidade relativamente grande de refugo devido a fissuras e a enrugamentos em madeiras sensíveis durante a secagem da chapa de folheado. De acordo com o novo método de secagem de chapas de folheado, evita-se substancialmente o surgimento de fissuras e enrugamentos e, conseq³entemente, reduzem-se os refugos. O dispositivo de secagem torna isso possível ao automatizar substancialmente o método de acordo com a invenção. A chapa de folheado é conduzida através do secador de um modo tal que a direção das fibras da chapa de folheado fique inclinada em relação à direção de transporte. O dispositivo de alimentação no dispositivo de secagem é instalado de tal modo que a chapa de folheado fique posicionada na posição inclinada pretendida tal como o alimentador em relação ao secador. Ao reverso da posição inclinada, ela fica disposta no dispositivo de descarga. A chapa de folheado acha-se seca.
