Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"MéTODO PARA A REFINAçãO DE AçO FUNDIDO E APARELHO PARA O MESMO"<D>. Um método para a refinação de aço fundido pela imersão da extremidade de abertura inferior de um tubo de imersão cilíndrico equipado com uma lança dentro do aço fundido contido em um colherão, controle da pressão no tubo de imersão cilíndrido para uma faixa de pressão prescrita para aspirar o aço fundido, injeção de um gás de agitação da parte inferior do colherão para a superfície do aço fundido aspirado, e descarburação e refinação do aço fundido sob uma pressão reduzida, caracterizado pelo fato de que o método compreende as etapas de: controlar a pressão Pt (Torr) no tubo de imersão cilíndrico de modo a satisfazer as fórmulas seguintes (1) e (2), soprar gás oxigênio para a superfície do aço fundido através da lança, e descarburizar e refinar o aço fundido sob uma pressão reduzida; Pt >760 - 1,297 x 10^ 7^/Dc^ 2^ ...(1) K = 1,71 x D1^ 0,211^ x Dc^ 0,438^ x Wm^ -1,124^ x Qg^ 0,519 x Pt^ -0,410^ > 0,046 ...(2) onde, K : coeficiente de capacidade com relação a reação de descarburação (I/min) D1 : diâmetro interno do colherão (cm) Dc : diâmetro reduzido do círculo do tubo de imersão cilíndrico (cm) Wm : massa do aço fundido por processamento (t) Qg : quantidade de injeção do gás de agitação (Nm^ 3^/h).
