Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E APARELHO DE ENROLAMENTO CONTìNUO PARA TRANSFORMADORES ELéTRICOS"<D>. Em uma modalidade exemplificativa, o aparelho inclui uma primeira estação, uma segunda estação e uma terceira estação. Na primeira estação, uma tira de material magnético bruto é desenrolado de um carretel de estoque e uma quantidade predeterminado da tira de material magnético bruto é alimentada e medida à medida em que a tira de material magnético é transportada para um mecanismo de enrolamento. No mecanismo de enrolamento, a tira de material magnético é continuamente enrolada em e através de uma abertura formada em uma bobina para formar um núcleo de transformador enrolada. De preferência, um par de bobinas é usado e a tira de material magnético é enrolada continuamente através de aberturas formadas em cada uma das bobinas. Depois do enrolamento da quantidade predeterminada de tira de material magnético através das bobinas, a tira de material magnético é cortada em um local medido predeterminado para produzir uma borda de avanço do material. Na segunda estação, a borda de avanço é segura às bobinas subjacentes por um processo adequado, por exemplo, soldagem por plasma da borda de avanço às bobinas subjacentes. Na terceira estação, o núcleo enrolado de material magnético é cunhado em um formato desejado, tal como um formato genericamente retangular para formar um transformador elétrico enrolado.
