Abstract
TRANSFORMADOR COM NúCLEO MAGNéTICO DE FIOS ENROLADOS. Trata a presente patente de invenção de um transformador cujo núcleo magnético não é construído com chapas magnéticas laminadas. Os transformadores atuais têm um núcleo magnético (1) feito de chapas recortadas na largura e comprimento e empilhadas e entrelaçadas entre si até obter a espessura desejada. A largura da chapa vezes a espessura de empilhamento fornecem a secção transversal do núcleo (1). Ao redor das pernas (5) destes núcleos são colocadas as bobinas indutoras (6) e induzidas (8). O transformador objeto desta novidade possui um núcleo magnético feito de fios magnéticos (17) enrolados ao redor de bobinas (13) feitas de condutores de cobre ou alumínio. As bobinas (13) podem ser enroladas em formato redondo, oval, quadrado, etc e ao redor destas bobinas o núcleo magnético é construído não mais empilhando chapas laminadas mas enrolando fio de aço magnético ou outras ligas, com máquinas bobinadeiras apropriadas, tais como as máquinas bobinadeiras toroidais. No transformador da Figura 3 ou 4 a secção do núcleo (19) é dada pela área transversal da cada fio (17) vezes o número de espiras enroladas ao redor do enrolamento (13), formado de uma, duas ou mais bobinas isoladas entre si e constituídas por sua vez de condutores elétricos também isolados entre si.
