Abstract

<B>"MANIPULADOR DE COMPONENTES ELETRôNICOS"<D>. Um manipulador de alta velocidade para receber uma pilha de componentes cerâmicos com formato de paralelepípedo orientados aleatoriamente, tendo cada componente do tipo pelo menos um conjunto de terminais metálicos situados em bordas opostas do mesmo, apresentando-os em encaixes individuais numa orientação controlada para testes elétricos paramétricos, e classificando-os de acordo com seus resultados nos testes, compreendendo uma roda alimentadora giratória, montada numa haste central e definida por uma borda externa concêntrica com o eixo da haste central, estando a roda inclinada em relação à horizontal e incluindo uma superfície superior na qual se possa receber uma pilha de componentes cerâmicos orientados aleatoriamente, um conjunto de bossas apontando radialmente e espaçadas entre si, se estendendo para cima e para fora na superfície superior da roda terminando em cavidades dimensionadas com o tamanho dos componentes e formadas na roda adjacentes à borda externa e arranjadas para receber nas mesmas um único componente cerâmico numa orientação específica, uma placa carregadora rotativa montada no mesmo plano e espaçada em relação à roda alimentadora tendo uma parede periférica circular se estendendo para cima arranjada em adjacência tangencial e sincronia de velocidade periférica com a roda alimentadora, tendo a parede periférica formada na mesma um conjunto de ranhuras para encaixe para testes num arranjo espaçado e num alinhamento adjacente com as cavidades na roda alimentadora, tendo as referidas ranhuras um tamanho e formato para receber ali um componente cerâmico com os seus terminais opostos voltados para dentro e para fora a partir da parede, um primeiro dispositivo de pressão de vácuo para arrastar o componente cerâmico radialmente da cavidade para dentro da ranhura para encaixe para teste e um segundo dispositivo de pressão de vácuo para segurar o componente dentro da ranhura para encaixe para teste durante a rotação adicional da placa carregadora, um dispositivo para execução dos testes incluindo pelo menos uma montagem de rolete alinhada para estabelecer contato elétrico com os terminais dos componentes cerâmicos na medida em que eles são movidos na ranhura para encaixe para testes na placa carregadora, e um dispositivo para ejetar separadamente os componentes cerâmicos da ranhura para encaixe para testes e transferi-los para locais separados de acordo com os seus resultados de teste.
