Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''SEPARADOR DE óLEO PARA DESENGORDURAMENTO DE GASES DE VENTILAçãO DE CáRTER DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA''<D>. A invenção refere-se a um separador de óleo (1) para desengordurar gases de ventilação de cárter de um motor de combustão interna, em que o separador de óleo (1) compreende pelo menos um ciclone (10) envolvendo uma entrada de gás (11) conectada ao cárter do motor de combustão interna, uma saída de gás (12) conectada à passagem de sucção de ar do motor de combustão interna e uma saída de óleo (13) conectada ao decodificador do motor de combustão interna, em que a saída de gás (12) como um tubo submerso (21) projeta-se através de uma tampa (20) no interior do ciclone (10'), com a tampa fechando o ciclone (10) no topo. O novo separador de óleo é caracterizado pelo fato de uma seção de duto de gás (12') ser proporcionada acima da saída de gás (12) no topo da tampa (20) com a seção de duto de gás (12') compreendendo um limite seccional transversal ampliado para pelo menos o dobro do tamanho e pelo fato de uma passagem de drenagem de óleo (23) ser guiada dessa seção (12') para baixo, para a saída de óleo (13) ou para o reservatório do cárter.
