Abstract

Железните отпадъци, съдържащи органични материали, са предназначени за преработване в електродъгови пещи. С метода и инсталацията се осигурява максимално нагряване на железните отпадъци при едновременно отстраняване на органичната част от тях, като се предотвратява локалното окисляване на метала. Нарязаните железни отпадъци и съпътстващите ги органични материали се движат в противоток на горещи газове в ротационен реактор. Извършва се пиролиза на органичните материали в отсъствие на въздух. Инсталацията за осъществяване на метода включва ротационен реактор, свързан с горивна камера за нагряване на газовия поток. Към отворите за зареждане и изпускане на материала от ротационния реактор са монтирани съответно системи за зареждане и изпускане, снабдени с устройства за херметизация. Системата за зареждане е свързана с устройство за нарязване на материала. 14 претенции, 1 фигура
