Abstract

Gases residuales generado en el proceso de manufactura de machos y piezas fundidas son recolectados y dirigidos inventivamente hacia un horno de termotratamiento (12) para incineracion. Adicionalmente a medida que una porcion de gas residual es dirigida, ésta es puesta para utilizarse en la regeneracion de materiales residuales incurados y la regeneracion de arena dentro del horno. Adicionalmente se hacen provisiones para disminuir la altura del horno al disminuir la altura de los tragantes en el mismo e incrementar el tamaño de la base de los tragantes para mantener el flujo apropiado de la arena regenerada y las porciones de materiales de macho que son regeneradas en el mismo hacia la base del tragante. Fluidizadores multiples (18) son empleados en la base del tragante para acomodar el tamaño incrementado de la base del tragante y mantener el flujo optimo de materiales hacia la base y la fluidificacion optima de los materiales dentro del tragante.
