Abstract

Procédé perfectionné de préparation de la 5-éthyl-4-(2-phénoxyéthyl)-1.2.4-triazolone, qui est un intermédiaire utile pour la synthèse de 1,2,4-triazolones antidépressives telles que la 2-(3-(4-(3-chlorophényl)-1-pipérazinyl)propyl)-5-éthyl-4-(2-phénoxyéthyl)-2H-1,2,4-triazol-3(4H)-one ou néfazodone. Le procédé perfectionné est plus rapide que le procédé déjà connu et donne un rendement plus élevé au départ de composés qui sont peu onéreux et faciles à obtenir.
