Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication d'un produit composite rempli, comprenant des morceaux solides (2) à base de céréales comportant un évidement dans lequel sont fixés plusieurs petits morceaux solides (4). Le processus de remplissage consiste (a) à mélanger les grands morceaux (2) avec des ingrédients en particules solides (4) dans un récipient tournant (12), (b) à mettre le mélange en contact avec un liquide de faible viscosité et non poisseux, pour faire adhérer les petits morceaux aux grands, (c) à faire tourner le tambour (12) et (d) à sécher les morceaux composites remplis (30) ainsi obtenus.
