- le réglage de la position des plaques de ravêtement dans leur plan, en direction verticale et en direction horizontale;
- le réglage de la position du plan d'une plaque de revêtement par rapport à l'ossature et par rapport au plan des plaques voisines;
- une libre dilatation de tous les éléments de la construction et des moyens de fixation;
- le remplacement aisé d'une plaque de revêtement quelconque;
- Figure 1, en perspective, le support à fixer à l'ossature en béton;
- figure 2, en perspective, un crochet à fixer à la face, dirigée vers l'ossature, d'une plaque de revêtement;
- figure 3, une coupe, avec arrachements, de l'ossature en béton, de l'attache suivant l'invention, et d'une plaque de revêtement suspendue;
- figure 4, en perspective, un verrou de retenue;

- figure 6, une vue de face, en traits mixtes, d'une plaque de revêtement montée, avec les bords des plaques voisines, et où l'élément mobile du verrou est représenté en position d'arrêt des plaques à gauche sur la figure, tandis que cette partie mobile est représentée, à droite sur la figure, telle qu'elle doit être placée avant la mise en place de deux plaques de revêtement voisines;
la partie inférieure de la figure montrant à gauche un dispositif d'attache mis en place sur l'ossature, et à droite, le même dispositif(auquel sont accrochés les crochets fixés à deux plaques voisines) ;

<EMI ID=2.1>
<EMI ID=3.1>
<EMI ID=6.1>
<EMI ID=7.1>

<EMI ID=9.1>
On
<EMI ID=10.1>
<EMI ID=12.1>

Cover plate fastening device
The frame of a construction The present invention relates to a device for attaching cladding plates to the frame of a construction.
In a construction comprising a framework and
covering plates covering the latter, fixed to the framework, it is necessary for the device for attaching the plates to the framework to meet several conditions,
allowing:
- the adjustment of the position of the covering plates in their plane, in vertical direction and in horizontal direction;
- Adjustment of the position of the plane of a covering plate with respect to the framework and with respect to the plane of neighboring plates;
- free expansion of all the elements of the construction and the fixing means;
- respect for the independence of a coating plate with respect to neighboring plates, and consequently,
- easy replacement of any cover plate;
- compliance with the tolerances of the framework, which is generally made of reinforced concrete.
It is possible, by the device according to the invention, to satisfy all of these conditions at the same time, which is not the case with any of the prior devices known to the applicant.
For this, the device according to the invention essentially comprises a fixed fastener to be mounted on the framework and two hooks to be mounted respectively on two covering plates adjacent to each other near their neighboring edges, and suitable for s 'hang on the fixed fastener.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fixed fastener has three non-aligned support points, possibly adjustable, to apply to the frame.
In another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the plate has an elongated opening crossed by a fastening pin capable of being fixed in the framework by one of its ends, the other end of the pin, threaded, carrying a nut allowing the application of the plate on the frame for its immobilization with respect to this.
It is also advantageous, according to the invention, that on the face of the fixed fastener opposite the framework is a projection comprising two notches presenting their openings upwards. This projection can be fixed relative to the plate, or mobile, and in this case, it is preferably constituted by an angle iron whose wing has at its edge the two notches opening upwards and between them a hole tapped to receive a screw cooperating with the plate to adjust the position of the projection relative to the latter, the other wing of the angle iron being guided in the plate.
Advantageously, the device is completed by a lock, part of which is capable of being fixed.
to the frame and of which another part comprises a movable element suitable for being brought into slots made in the edges facing two adjacent contiguous covering plates, to prevent the falling of these plates.
Other features of the device according to the invention will appear on reading the description, given below, of an exemplary embodiment of the invention, and on examining the drawings appended to this memo, in which we see, in:
- Figure 1, in perspective, the support to be fixed to the concrete frame;
- Figure 2, in perspective, a hook to be fixed to the face, directed towards the frame, of a covering plate;
- Figure 3, a section, with cutaway, of the concrete frame, the fastener according to the invention, and a suspended covering plate;
- Figure 4, in perspective, a retaining lock;
Figure 5, a section, with cutaway, of the concrete frame, a retaining latch and a cover plate in a position where. it is retained by the movable part of the lock;
- Figure 6, a front view, in phantom, of a mounted cover plate, with the edges of the adjacent plates, and where the movable element of the lock is shown in the plate stop position on the left in the figure , while this movable part is shown, on the right in the figure, as it must be placed before the installation of two neighboring covering plates;
the lower part of the figure showing on the left a fastening device put in place on the frame, and on the right, the same device (to which are hooked the hooks fixed to two adjacent plates);
- Figure 7, a perspective view, with parts cut away, of the plate, in another embodiment in which the hooking projection of the plates is movable relative to the plate.
We see in Figures 1 and 2 that the device
(the fastener according to the invention consists essentially of a plate 1 of stainless steel, in the form
of T overturned. Near the ends of the upright 2, on the one hand, and of the transverse bar 3 on the other hand, are provided tapped holes in which bolts are screwed (such as 4, 4 ', 4 ").
The position of these bolts in relation to the plate
<EMI ID = 1.1>
(Figure 3) intended to bear on the concrete of the frame 6. The upright 2 is crossed by an elongated hole 8 through which one can pass a sealing bolt 9 which will normally be engaged in an expandable sleeve 10 placed in a hole 11 drilled in the concrete. A nut 12 bearing on a washer 13 constitutes the usual tightening system for this anchor bolt. The free threaded end of the bolt 9 carries a nut 14 applying a washer 15 to the front face (right face in FIG. 3) of the upright 2 of the plate. By tightening the nut 14, the plate 2 is immobilized relative to the external face of the frame 6, the distance from the plate 2 to the frame 6 being adjusted by more or less screwing the bolts 4, 4 ′,
<EMI ID = 2.1>
not in the same alignment, the support of the plate 1 on the frame is made at the three vertices of a triangle.
<EMI ID = 3.1>
the bolt 4 allows, whatever the irregularities of the concrete, to give in all cases to the plate 1 a perfectly vertical position.
The transverse bar 3 of the plate carries a projection 16 which is presented here as an angle whose free wing has two notches 17, 17 'opening upwards (for a position of the plate placed normally, as shown in the figure 3).
Figure 2 shows an attachment hook cons- <EMI ID = 4.1>
feels at its lower edge a notch 20 which gives
to the branch 18 "the appearance of a hook whose beard 20 'will be inserted between the front wing of the angle projection 16 and the front face of the plate 1, while the bottom of the notch 20 will come to rest in the corresponding notch (17 or 17 ') of the projection. The holes 19, 19' will receive studs such as 21 in FIG. 3, one end of which is embedded in the mass of a covering plate 22 and the other end of which is threaded carries a nut (not visible in Figure 3). By tightening this nut, the hook angle 18 can be immobilized relative to the corresponding plate 22. The existence of the elongated holes 19,19 'authorizes a longitudinal displacement of the hook 18 relative to the tran- <EMI ID = 5.1>
cover plate 22. (See Figure 6). This arrangement allows adjustment in the horizontal direction of the covering plate 22 in its own plane, while
<EMI ID = 6.1>
the position of the plane of the plate 22 relative to the face of the concrete 6 and that the elongated hole 8 of the plate 1 allowed the height adjustment of the plate 22 in front of the face of the frame 6. All of these provisions therefore makes it possible to be perfectly in control of the arrangement of each covering plate independently of and in relation to the others.

tion, the screws are removed and replaced by simple support bosses (not shown) on the face oriented towards the framework. The projection 16 is movable, and its position is adjustable relative to the plate 1. To this end, it consists of an angle 16 with a wing having at its edge the two notches 17,17 'opening upwards and, between them, a tapped hole
16 '. The plate presents in turn, opposite the hole
<EMI ID = 9.1>
in one direction or the other, the angle 16 is brought closer or further away from the plate 1, provided that the angle is prevented
to turn. This is achieved by the fact that his
another wing is guided by a notch 1 ′ of the plate, into which it penetrates.
When two neighboring covering plates have
placed next to each other by hanging
chage their hooks 18 in the projection 16 of a support 1 common to the two plates, it should be able to oppose their stall. A mobile stop 25 is provided for this purpose, pierced with a tapped hole through which a screw 26 screwed into the upright 2 of the wafer 1.
can then rotate the stopper around this screw
so that its bent lower part releases the openings of the notches 17,17 '. By turning the screw 26,
the stop 25 can be moved forward or backward relative to the wafer 1. This latter feature is advantageous, in particular when the projection 16 is made movable.
The hooks 18 of the covering plates are advantageously fixed to the latter in close proximity to their lower edges in order to facilitate handling. Under these conditions, when the plates are suspended from the frame, they could tend
to fall forward by moving their upper parts away from the concrete face of the frame. To avoid this, the device was completed with a locking system comprising latches 27 (FIG. 4). Each lock consists of a fixed part 28 through which an al-
<EMI ID = 10.1>
expansion plug anchor, 31, fully analogous
to that which has already been described in connection with FIG. 3.
The lock has on the other hand, attached to the part
fixed 28 by any means, a tube 32, externally threaded, which can be screwed into an extension
33 of the fixed part 28. The tube 32 is integral at its end with a bushing 34 traversed by a bar 35. By rotating the tube 32 relative to its base
33, the bar 35 can be placed in any orientation.
The locks 27 are fixed in the axis of the interstices to be provided between the neighboring plates (for example
22,221 and 22,222 in Figure 6). Like the axes of the bou--
lon 30 and the tube 32 are parallel, this fixing does not require absolute precision. The locks 27 being
in place, with their bars 35 oriented as shown on the right in FIG. 6, the plates are mounted
of coating 22 and the bars are rotated 90 degrees
35 of the latches, as shown on the left in FIG. 6, so that the bars 35 engage at their ends in slots 35 ′ formed in the edges of the
<EMI ID = 11.1> two adjacent covering plates, preventing the plates from moving away from the frame and falling towards
<EMI ID = 12.1>
allows the lock to be immobilized in its plate retaining position.
As can be seen, the invention provides a device
<EMI ID = 13.1>
these relatively simple, affected everywhere by adjustment possibilities in all directions. This device perfectly meets all the conditions listed at the beginning
of this brief.
It is understood that the plate and hooks could be made of a material other than steel, for example aluminum.
The invention extends to all the features described, whether taken in isolation or in combination.
