Abstract

The system for mounting and immobilising hollow vertical support posts (2) for partition panels (7) comprises a connector (11) which can be immobilised on a lower section (3). This connector has an upwards directed external projection (13) into which is fitted and centred the post bottom end. A second connector which is immobilised in an upper section (4) comprises a clamp which is clipped (23,24) onto this upper section. The clamp is locked on the top end of the post and the section by a flexible arm (22) which penetrates through the top of the post. The arm contacts a locking bolt (31) which passes through a tapped bore (32) in a second rigid arm.

La présente invention est relative à un dispositif destiné à assurer le montage en position déterminée de poteaux ou montants de support de panneaux plans entrant dans la réalisation d'un cloison intérieure d'un bâtiment, chaque panneau étant disposé entre deux poteaux, usuellement verticaux et parallèles, espacés de la largeur de ce panneau et dont les côtés sont solidarisés de ceux-ci. Claims

1 - Device for mounting and immobilizing hollow and vertical posts (2) for supporting flat panels (7) intended to constitute the interior partitions of a room, opposite parallel sections (3, 4) for holding of these posts, extending horizontally in particular to the floor and to the ceiling of this room and cooperating with the upper and lower ends of the posts, the height of which is slightly smaller than the distance which separates these sections, characterized in that it comprises, for each post (2), a first endpiece (11), capable of being immobilized in a determined position on the lower profile (3), this first endpiece comprising an external projection (13) directed upwards and on which fits and centers the lower end of the post, and a second endpiece (12), suitable for being immobilized with respect to the upper profile (4), this second endpiece comprising a clamp provided with latching means (23, 24) on this upper profile, as well as blocking means (21, 22, 31) of this clamp vis-à-vis the upper end of the post and the profile, in the extension of the first end piece.

2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping means of the clamp (19) of the second end piece (12) are constituted by a first flexible arm (22), able to penetrate inside the post by the upper part of the latter and in contact with a locking screw (31) passing through a threaded bore (32) provided in a second rigid arm, opposite the flexible arm, so that the control of the screw exerts a force on this first arm to apply it to the opposite internal surface of the post.

3 - Device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the upwardly projecting extension (13) of the first end piece (11) has a conical surface (14) on which the lower part of the post (2) to ensure centering.

4 - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first end piece (11) comprises flexible internal tongues (15), provided with outward returns (16), each of these tongues being adapted to be placed under a transverse shoulder (18) delimiting a receiving groove (17) in the lower section (3).

5 - Device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the upper profile (4) also comprises a receiving groove (25) of the second end piece (12), the latching means of the clamp comprising a notch (23) in which engages a shoulder (26) delimiting one of the edges of this groove and around which pivots the clamp (19), and a lock constituted by a flexible head (24), coming to cooperate with the shoulder in look.

6 - Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the flexible head (24) comprises a support stop (27) for a locking screw (28), immobilizing this head relative to the shoulder (26) of the groove (25).

7 - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it preferably comprises horizontal covers, secured to the upper profile to cover the clearance (10) left free between the upper part of the post (2) and the upper section (4) to access the locking means.

8 - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that each post (2) has vertical covers (39) to cover the edges of the successive panels (7) of the partition.
