Abstract
The invention relates to a prefabricated cellar.
Figure 1 une vue perspective d'une fraction d'un bâtiment prévu de caves selon l'invention ;
Figure 2 à plus grande échelle la fraction II de la figure 1 dans un stade de construction plus évolué ;
Figure 3 une vue perspective d'une autre cave selon l'invention.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

PREFABRICATED CELLAR AND BUILDING COMPRISING SUCH A CELLAR
The invention relates to a prefabricated cellar.
Such a cellar is known.
The invention aims to efficiently construct a building comprising a prefabricated cellar. To this end, the invention provides a prefabricated cellar according to claim 1.
This cellar makes it possible to avoid differences in settlement between parts of the building resting on the cellar on the one hand and parts of the building resting on the joist or dry land on the other hand.
In addition, the invention relates to and provides a building comprising at least one cellar according to the invention.
The invention will be elucidated in the description which follows with the aid of a drawing. In the drawing schematically represent:
Figure 1 a perspective view of a fraction of a building planned cellars according to the invention;
Figure 2 on a larger scale fraction II of Figure 1 in a more advanced stage of construction;
Figure 3 a perspective view of another cellar according to the invention.
The building 1 of FIG. 1 comprises cellars 2 and vermées 3 which together carry a joist 4 of beams 5 of reinforced concrete on the ground floor, on which the walls, for example masonry, rest.
Cellar 2 is rectangular or other shape.
The cellar 2 is a prefabricated element of reinforced concrete, comprising a bottom 7 having four vertical walls 8, each having at their external face 9 a wedge-shaped beam support, also reinforced, the thickness of which preferably increases from bottom to top. The beam support 9 ends at level 10 of the lower part of the joist 4 and forms an additional reinforced concrete of the walls 8.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, a beam support 9 is present over the entire contour of the cellar 2, so that
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
this cellar 2 can be used for buildings of different dimensions, because the beams 5 can be placed on different locations of the cellar 2. The cellar 2 has a cover 11 of reinforced concrete, which on a place suitable for the building 1 has a backbone 12 of reinforced concrete, which is capable of carrying an interior wall which has not been drawn.
The cover 11 also has a sealed edge 14, which determines the entrance 13 to the cellar.
In the cover 11 a curved part of deaeration 15 of PVC has been melted, to which the deaeration pipe 16 can be connected.
Outside the upper edge 17 a groove 18 of a partial round section, as shown in FIG. 2, has been made to receive a flexible and round drain 19 connected to a drainage pipe 6. The cellar 2 is tarred .
The building 1 of FIG. 1, of which a part A forms for example each time a house, comprises for example a series of cellars 2. It is also possible that a building does not comprise more than a cellar 2.
Each cellar 2 can have a frame 20 projecting from the beam supports 9, so that the cellar 2 can be joined in the horizontal direction with beam ends until they form a set of reinforced concrete.
In the same way the cover 11 can be joined with the cellar 2 until they form a set of reinforced concrete, thanks to the frame 21 and 22 which projects, and which also serve as lifting handles.
Between the cover 11 and the cellar 2 a water-repellent mortar was applied.
The prefabricated cellar 2 of Figure 3 differs from that of Figures 1 and 2 in that the beam supports 9 are only present in the corners.
